Alireza has Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, MCP degree (Microsoft Certified Professional) in software programming and ICDL degree in information technology. His thesis and research was in “Behavior of reinforced soil under earthquake condition”.

Alireza has more than 14 years of experience in geotechnical engineering industry and has been involved in software application development since 1996. He has significant expertise in slope stability analysis, segmental retaining wall design, reinforced soil wall design, soil liquefaction and cone penetration test analysis, etc.

He designed and developed many software applications for civil, geotechnical and soil mechanics industries; His geotechnical software packages are currently used in multi-million dollar projects in large organizations including "Iranian Road and Transportation Ministry".  Engineering in more than 25 countries world-wide use the geotechnical software designed and implemented by him.
